How we work with you

Every AIAM production is made to a recipe our artists had to learn. You don't need the recipe. You need to know where you taste it along the way: five moments, each with what you see, what you approve and what you receive.

  1. The brief

    You see
    A short brief: your goal, your audience, where it will run, the delivery spec and the result that matters to you.
    You approve
    A treatment, timeline and budget from the artist team matched to your project.
    You receive
    A reply within 48 hours, and a Project Order that fixes the scope, the deliverables and the number of revision rounds.

  2. Look & cast

    You see
    The characters, wardrobe, locations and style of your production, laid out before a single shot is made.
    You approve
    The look and the cast. Together they become your Approved Direction.
    You receive
    A locked look that every shot is held to, from the first frame to the last.

  3. Key frames

    You see
    A still for each shot: the composition, the framing and the performance, before anything moves.
    You approve
    The frames, while changing them is still quick and cheap.
    You receive
    No surprises in motion. The film you approved is the film that gets made.

  4. The cut

    You see
    Each cut in your private client portal, where your team can comment on the exact moment.
    You approve
    The cut, or one consolidated set of notes within five business days. Two revision rounds are included unless your order says otherwise.
    You receive
    Anything beyond the agreed scope quoted as a written Change Order before anyone starts on it.

  5. Delivery

    You see
    Masters cut for every platform you named in the brief.
    You approve
    The final master.
    You receive
    Your commercial licence for the term you chose (3-month social, 12-month omnichannel or full buyout), and the provenance packet that documents how it was made.

What protects you

  • A human hand on every frame

    Every shot is directed, chosen and finished by a rostered artist. Nothing ships that a person didn't choose.

  • Your cast stays your cast

    Characters, wardrobe and locations are locked with your approval before production, so the face in the first shot is the face in the last.

  • No real likeness without a release

    No real person's face or voice goes into your production until their signed release is on file.

  • You approve before we spend

    You approve the creative direction (the look, the cast, the key frames) before full production starts, and every cut is measured against what you approved.

  • Changes priced up front

    If a note goes beyond the agreed scope, you see the price before anyone starts on it. No surprise invoices.

  • Every frame on the record

    A provenance packet documents who made each shot and every clearance behind it, ready for anyone who asks: a lawyer, a distributor, a festival.

Our methods, tools and working files stay in-house. That’s the recipe, and it’s what our artists bring. What you get is the pie, and the paperwork that proves how it was made.
