Privacy Policy
Draft — pending review by counsel before this is treated as final. Reflects current practice; contact us with questions before submitting sensitive information.
This policy covers information collected through AI Artists' Media (aiartists.media), a Creating In AI division.
What we collect
When you apply to the roster: your name, email, phone, location, portfolio links, work samples, experience, rate expectations, and the provenance attestations you make about your own work. We also store the password you set, hashed — never in plain text. When you contact us or post a brief through The Studio Desk, we collect what you submit in that form. We do not collect payment information in the current version of this site.
How we use it
To review and respond to your application, to manage your roster profile if you're approved, to match you with buyer briefs, and to run the account you create when you apply (so you can log back in and check status). We do not sell your data.
What’s public
Nothing from your application is public by default. If you’re approved to the roster, only what you publish to your roster profile — headline, bio, reel, avatar — is shown publicly. Contact details, rates, and application notes are never shown on public pages.
Cookies
We use a single httpOnly session cookie to keep you signed in. It is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Your rights
You can ask us to update or delete your application and any account data at any time — contact us at the email on our Agency page (once published) or through whatever contact method brought you here.
